Overview
V-51MQ contains 5-Amino-1-methylquinolinium, a potent and selective inhibitor of nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT). Each vial contains 50mg. NNMT is an enzyme overexpressed in adipose tissue and certain cancers that depletes SAM (S-adenosylmethionine) and NAD+ pools.
